The Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino was originally constructed in the 1930s and named the Stadio Municipale Benito Mussolini. Later, it was renamed the Stadio Comunale, and it wasn’t until it was renovated in 2006 for the Winter Olympics that it got the name Stadio Olimpico.
